As I’m sure you can tell by the sea of 1 star ratings, I don’t think Arctic Zero ice cream is keto friendly at all. Their first ingredients are skim milk or purified water followed by cane sugar. They also have an average of 52% total calories from net carbohydrates, most of which is sugar! That’s 13x more net carbs per calorie on average than Rebel Creamery ice cream.

Rebel Creamery ice cream’s first ingredient is cream and contains no hidden carbohydrates. It also happens to be the most delicious keto friendly ice cream I’ve tried. They’re really on to something special over there, and if you want keto friendly ice cream, I highly recommend Rebel Creamery ice cream.
