You don’t need to start from scratch to enjoy keto friendly Sriracha sauce. The makers of the popular Sriracha Sauce Huy Fong also make a chili garlic sauce that has everything Sriracha does except the sugar.
We’ll simply add our own keto friendly sweeteners and you’ll have the perfect keto hot sauce with no added sugar and zero carbs so we can continue to add obscene amounts to our food guilt-free.
What you’ll need:
- Huy Fong Garlic Chili Sauce
- Erythritol, Liquid Sucralose, Chicory Root powder, or other low-carb sweetener of choice.
- Right in the bottle or in your own storage container just add and mix in the sweetener of your choice to your desired sweetness. Sometimes a little bit of each is best, for example, Quest Bars use a mix of Erythritol, Sucralose, and Stevia to prevent any of the downsides of too much of any one sweetener.
- (Optional) I personally like to add MCT oil to my sauce since it’s a flavor enhancer, goes well with the sauce, and gives me a little ketone boost. MCT oil also doesn’t solidify in the refrigerator like other oils.
